Financial Instruments, Structured Through Trusted Banking Channels

Al-Rawi Group Ltd supports clients requiring internationally recognised financial instruments for trade, project support, investment-related transactions, and broader commercial financing requirements.

Our role is to facilitate structured instrument solutions through established banking channels, with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and transaction discipline. From standby letters of credit and bank guarantees to letters of credit and proof-of-funds support, we help clients secure practical instruments that strengthen transaction credibility, support contractual obligations, and facilitate cross-border commercial activity.

Instruments we structure

  • Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) — a payment guarantee backing trade, project, and financing obligations.
  • Bank Guarantee (BG) — a bank's written undertaking to honour a client's obligations on default.
  • Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) — a conditional bank commitment reducing payment risk in trade.
  • Medium Term Notes (MTN) — tradable, discountable bank-issued debt instruments.
  • Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR) — acknowledgement of assets held in a fiduciary or custodial capacity.
  • Certificate of Deposit (CD) — bank-issued evidence of deposited funds.
  • Proof of Funds (POF) support — verification and readiness documentation for qualifying clients.

How we help

Every requirement is assessed individually. We review the client's objectives, qualifying criteria, and intended use of the instrument before recommending a structure. Where a mandate fits, we coordinate the transaction through banking channels, manage documentation, and support the client through to delivery.

Where a mandate does not meet qualifying criteria, we say so clearly and early — protecting the client's time and the integrity of the transaction.

Qualification required. All instrument mandates are subject to client qualification, due diligence, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Instruments are obtained from banks and financial institutions; Al-Rawi Group Ltd does not itself issue instruments.
