We are a well established IT Support and Services company serving customers across London area. We provide a FIXED PRICE service for PC's and laptops which covers the following:

Virus scanning and removal
Spyware / malware scanning and removal
Hardware testing including hard drive and RAM testing
Security review

We have a small team of engineers led by Chartered IT Professional, Chartered Engineer, Microsoft Certified and with over 20 years of experience in IT, support and hardware maintenance. Your PC will be in safe hands.

For your security we take a full backup of the computer before starting any work which is destroyed once we know that your machine has been returned in working order.

When you order, tell us if you have any niggles, grumbles or problems with your computer that you've not been able to resolve. We'll take a look while we're servicing. We can also arrange for upgrades of your hard drives, RAM, graphics cards or other components. Use the "ask a question" button to let us know what you need before you place the service order and we'll let you know how much the installation will be.

Your PC will be picked up by courier and returned along with a report of work done and any other relevant information.

If you live within the Greater LONDON, we will pick up and drop-off your PC ourselves. If you're nearby, then you can bring your computer in.
